Today's workout:
Tricep extentions (5x20)/ Rows (5x20)/ Lat pulldowns (5x20)/ Burpees (5x25)/ Squat thrusts (5x30). Understand that these exercises are meant to be done as a circuit. So perform one set then proceed to the next exercise. Complete the circuit 5 times. Rest for a minute before starting the circuit over again. If you really want to maximize your workout, superset your tricep extentions with bicep curls. If you have any questions on the workout hit me up on FB or my blog.
