I know everyone had a good time these past couple weeks so there are plently of calories to burn I'm sure so here we go- Monday's workout:
Squats(5x30)/Pushups(5x25)/jumprope 1min/45 sec rest
Lunges(5x30)/Dips(5x20)/jumprope 1min/ 45 sec rest
Mountainclimbers(3x45sec)/crunches(3x30)/planks(3x30sec). If you workout at a gym find the nearest leg press and finish with three sets of burnouts. Then jump on the treadmill and jog between your HRR and THR for 35 min. When you are done do three sets of burnout pushups and three sets of burnout crunches in sequence.
