Here is the workout for today!
Dumbell shoulder press (15x)/standing barbell rows (15x)/dumbell chest press (15x)/reverse crunches (20x)/leg raises (20x)/pushups (20x) Do these exercises back to back as a circuit 3x. As always, finish up with cardio. I prefer a run walk interval. Run/jog for 1 minute then walk for the next. Do this for 30 minutes, then let me know how it went!
